2021 Barbera On Sale

A dark-skinned varietal known for it’s success throughout Piedmont, and even more so surrounding the villages of Alba & Asti.  Grown among the great communes of Barolo & Barberesco, Barbera has less stature than Nebbiolo yet has earned a reputation for producing deeply pitched reds with low tannins and firm acidity.  The best examples offer a bouquet of red fruits, supple texture with balanced acidity.
