~WINE MAKERS NOTES 2006 Is deep purple in colour. Refined and powerful, there is an intense bouquet of ripe, red fruit aromas on the nose which marry well with the toasted notes. On the palate, this wine is extremely well balanced. The tannins are round and smooth with a fleshy texture. Aromas of cherry and blackcurrant combine with smoky notes and vanilla from its barrel ageing. The finish is full and long-lasting.
